The model-turned-reality star showed off her athletic body as she sunbathed in Miami yesterday,
wearing an eye-catching red bikini.
Teamed with a pair of sunglasses, she looked perfectly relaxed as she frolicked in the water and
enjoyed herself with a male friend.
But the leggy blonde didn't spend the entire day flaunting her flawless figure.
Before hitting the beach she tweeted: 'Sweater and jean shorts over a bikini is just so perfect. It makes me happy ... ♥'
E! viewers may recognise the 27-year-old from The Spin Crowd, which is produced by Kim Kardashian.

Lauren was featured as an 'office hottie' for the Command PR firm, working alongside Jonathan Cheban andSimon Huck, doing public relations for celebrity events and endorsements in New York and LA.
But it looks like the Southern belle, who is originally from Virginia, could well be setting her sights on amove from the small screen to the big screen or at least an A-list movie director.
Last month Lauren was spotted soaking up the sun with Transformers helmer Michael Bay.

The two spent the day chatting, swimming and sunbathing on a crowded beach in Miami.
According to her agency biography, Lauren has modelling since she was 14, after winning first runner up in an ELITE modelling agency contest.
She lives in Miami and is said to be 5' 10" tall, weighing in at 117 pounds.
Her modelling credits include La Perla, Nike and South Florida's Ocean Drive Magazine
